MEET THE TEAM

The Rosella Land Team is a specialized commercial real estate land brokerage team in Greater Phoenix Arizona, focused solely on helping landowners, buyers, sellers, and developers make smart decisions about commercial and residential land.

Backed by Kidder Mathews, the largest fully independent commercial real estate firm in the Western U.S., we combine local market insight with a powerful regional platform. Over the last 24 months, we’ve closed more than $35,960,000 in land sales, from large acreage in the path of growth to builder-ready lots in established submarkets.

We take a strategic, advisory-first approach to commercial land services. That means understanding your goals, underwriting each site carefully, and matching it with well-qualified buyers or opportunities. Whether you’re evaluating when to sell, how to price, or where to buy next, our Phoenix commercial land brokers provide clear, honest guidance and a process built around your timeline and risk tolerance. Our relationships with builders, developers, and investors across Arizona help our clients stay ahead of where the market is going next.

frequently asked questions
What does the Rosella Land Team do?

We are a commercial real estate land brokerage team in Greater Phoenix Arizona that focuses on the sale and acquisition of commercial and residential land. We advise landowners, builders, developers, and investors on pricing, timing, marketing, and strategy so they can get the most value out of every land decision.

What areas do you serve in Arizona?

We concentrate on Greater Phoenix, including major growth corridors in Maricopa and Pinal counties, but our commercial land services extend throughout Arizona. We regularly work in the West Valley, East Valley, and emerging employment and residential hubs that are seeing strong demand from builders and investors.

What types of land properties do you handle?

We handle a wide range of land assets including residential development tracts, finished or platted lots for homebuilders, commercial corners, mixed-use sites, and farm or agricultural land transitioning to development. If it’s land and it’s in or around Greater Phoenix, our commercial land brokerage team can help.

Why should I work with a land-focused brokerage instead of a general commercial broker?

Land deals are different from leasing or selling buildings. Our team works only on land, so we understand zoning, entitlements, density, utilities, and how builders and developers underwrite sites. That focus allows our commercial real estate land brokers to position your property correctly and negotiate with the most qualified buyers.

How do you estimate what my land is worth?

We look at recent comparable sales, current buyer demand, zoning and entitlement status, infrastructure, and likely density and exit pricing. Then we combine that data with what we’re hearing directly from active builders and developers in the market. This helps us give you a realistic opinion of value and a strategy that fits your goals.

Do you work with buyers and developers as well as sellers?

Yes. While we are often hired by landowners and sellers, we also assist builders, developers, and investors who are looking for new sites. Our knowledge of off-market opportunities and upcoming growth areas in Greater Phoenix Arizona helps both sides make better decisions and move faster when the right site appears.
