Brian Rosella

Senior Vice President

Throughout his career, Brian has been involved with all aspects of land disposition, with an emphasis on residential land transactions with developers and homebuilders. Previously, Brian was recognized for his sales achievements as top land producer at Cushman and Wakefield. Brian attended The University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and graduated with degrees in business marketing as well as entrepreneurship.

Joseph Calistri

Senior Associate

Joseph has exceptional experience in Phoenix Metropolitan area residential sales and specializes in land sales throughout Arizona. After growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, he graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications in December 2015 and has been a professional soccer player for 7 years.

As a seasoned Client Services Coordinator with over 10 years of experience, April provides comprehensive administrative and individual support to the team, including finance, marketing, property research, invoicing, database maintenance, contracts and client relations. April attended Arizona State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts.
